How You Will Krush It:
- Concept, design new look and feels, and help with production art across web, social, email, ads, decks, promo merch, video, print, and the occasional wild idea.
- Build and evolve brand systems (logos, color, type, layout rules) so everything feels cohesive.
- Turn briefs into boards, mockups, and final assets, we move fast, while keeping quality top priority.
- Create visuals for (basic reels, GIFs, animated graphics). If you are a light animator, you get major bonus points.
- Deploy tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and others.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney, Ideogram, Runway, etc.) to explore directions, speed up iterations, and polish outputs. We are on a mission to embrace AI tools as the “tool masters” for client efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative, account service and production teams.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, student portfolio, or freelance) with amazing portfolio work gets our attention.
- Strong typography, layout, color, and production chops.
- Be well skilled in (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign; and our new AI testing tools).
- Natural understanding of design for social culture and what makes people engage.
- Comfort with feedback loops, quick turns, and testing to learn.
- Friendly, organized communicator, both in-house and in front of clients.
- Curiosity about AI to boost creativity and efficiency. It’s here to stay and we stay in the forefront of knowledge regarding tools as new versions continue to emerge.
Extra Points For:
- Motion design beyond the basics, or if you can lightly animate for social media content.
- Web design know-how (component thinking, dev-friendly handoff) is a bonus.

You’ll help our clients show up online in the best way — with killer content that drives real results. From brainstorming ideas to editing reels, spotting what's hot to explaining why something flopped, you’ll be hands-on with every step of the process.
How You Will Krush It:
Creating and editing scroll-stopping short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
Keeping a close eye on trends and helping our clients hop on them the right way.
Using tools like Sprout Social to manage, schedule, and report on content.
Analyzing performance data and translating it into “here’s what worked and why” insights.
Speaking with clients like a real human — no jargon, just helpful, smart recommendations.
Using AI tools (we love ChatGPT, Sintra, Grok, Gemini, Veo3, Descript, etc.) to improve content ideation, editing, and workflow.
Collaborating with our team to keep strategy, voice, and vibe on point.
Requirements:
